Australia Day should only be 26th January

Cook reached the southern coast of New South Wales in 1770 and sailed north, charting Australia’s eastern coastline and claiming the land for Great Britain on 22nd August 1770. After a voyage of three months the First Fleet arrived at Botany Bay on 24 January 1788.  Here the native Aboriginal people, who had lived in isolation for 40,000 years, met the British in an uneasy stand off at what is now known as Frenchmans Beach at La Perouse. Therefore if these activists want to have an invasion day it should be 22 August 1770, when Cook claimed this land in the name of Great Britain. Not on the day the flag was put up calling this land Australia.

Destruction of Australian Society

It is not hard to see nowadays that things have changed for the worse in Australia. We seriously need to change and address the elephant in the room and stop the bleeding heart attitudes the Communist groups are milking to create a anarchical society and defuse our Australian pride and our carefree attitudes. In early times, Palestine was inhabited by  Semitic peoples, the earliest being the Canaanites . According to tradition, Abraham, the common ancestor of the Jews and the Arabs, came from Ur to Canaan. But now ALP and Greens support Hamas/Palestine.  And the reason is stirring up anarchy and splitting up Australians. A reason they manage to achieve this is for many years they infiltrated our Education system and pushed many minority activist views on students who have thought these views were correct as it is being taught in Colleges and Universities.

Is this really Australia

Executive Council of Australian Jewry Co-CEO Alex Ryvchin says it is a “disgrace” to see Myer forced to cancel the unveiling of its Christmas window display because of pro-Palestine advocates. This is certainly NOT the Australia I love and believe in. It is time we remembered we are a proud country and stopped these vile pro palestinian supporters out of our politics and off our streets. To take our Myers Christmas and force it to not happen then it is time to fight back, and time to get their supporters off the Australian political spectrum.

IT IS THE SOLDIER It is the Soldier, not the minister Who has given us freedom of religion. It is the Soldier, not the reporter Who has given us freedom of the press. It is the Soldier, not the poet Who has given us freedom of speech. It is the Soldier, not the campus organizer Who has given us freedom to protest. It is the Soldier, not the lawyer Who has given us the right to a fair trial. It is the Soldier, not the politician Who has given us the right to vote. Who has given us the right of free choice It is the Soldier who salutes the flag, Who serves beneath the flag, And whose coffin is draped by the flag, (Charles M. Province)

The Full Simpson story

John Simpsons Kirkpatrick aka as Simpson and his donkey was a real time hero of Gallipoli although he only survived 24 days after his arrival there. Now let’s have no confusion here he deserted on 2 occasions from the merchant navy.  He hated taking orders and did not like relying on others. However in his youth he saved 2 other youth from drowning, risking his own life without hesitation.  He took any work so he could support his mother in England and it seems he only volunteered for the army because he believed they would be going to England for training.  Whether he intended to remain with the army or not is just conjecture. However they in fact went to Egypt instead and due to his muscular physique he was picked to be a stretcher bearer.  As he did not have to carry a gun suited Simpson, who although not a coward he loathed guns. The first day he had a partner and due to heavy losses the stretcher bearer teams were reduced by 4 teams to only 2 teams of stretcher ...

Anzac Day

Image
To Australians ANZAC Day goes far beyond the anniversary of the landing on Gallipoli in 1915, It is the day we remember all Australians who served and died in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations we have been a part of. The spirit of ANZAC, with the human qualities of courage, mateship, and sacrifice, not only continues to have meaning and relevance for our sense of national identity, it serves as a reminder to us of all the best qualities of the Australian Idiom. On ANZAC day, there are ceremonies which are held in towns and cities across the nation to acknowledge the service of our Aussie veterans and we have recently incorporated the people and services that fought side by side with our gallant soldiers. It is from the stories below that the incorrigible Australian spirit became a legend and the unique Aussie fighting spirit has bee passed down.  It is also because of these men and the many brave souls, never to return to our shores, that we must never forget the ext...

1984 is alive and sick

Thirty-five years after publication, when the present caught up with Orwell’s future and the world had not changed into the nightmare he had described, commentators predicted that his books popularity would wane.  Another 40 years have elapsed since then, and Nineteen Eighty-Four remains the book we turn to whenever the truth is mutilated, when language is distorted, when power is abused, when we want to know how bad things can get.  As Orwell's 1984 turns 72, It Predicted Much Of Today's Surveillance Society" — "George Orwell’s famous novel Nineteen Eighty-Four turns 73 years old in December 2021.  Looking back on its predictions and the state of the world today, how much did it get right in its predictions of a dystopian surveillance state where every word is monitored, unacceptable speech is deleted, history is rewritten or deleted altogether and individuals can become 'unpersons' for holding views disliked by those in power? It turns out Orwell’s predictio...
